Very knowledgeable and professional. I am so pleased with how quickly Michele responded to all my credit concerns. She is extremely brilliant when it comes to credit. I have learned so much through this process. She took the time to explain things and I was able to learn life long lessons with my credit. My credit is almost to 800 . Platinum Credit Solutions has been there for all my credit concerns for many years. I don’t know where to start. A couple of Credit repair companies took our money with no results. It is sad that people take advantage of innocent people trying to make their lives better, Especially military Veterans like myself.
