The maintenance department is amazing! Moises addressed my concerns quickly and took the necessary steps to correct them. He and his team all deserve a raise. 😊

Updated review: upstairs neighbors are making their dogs pee and poop on balcony which leaks through onto my front patio which is not only disgusting but should be animal neglect. Again tried contacting property management and received no response. I am going to persue legal action against both platinum properties and the animal neglecting neighbors. I have photo/video evidence of the pet waste coming through. I am going to try to find the owner of the property and inform them also that their property is being allowed to be destroyed. I am a current tenant of a property managed by platinum properties. The place looked incredible but since moving in we have had many issues. The maintenance issues got fixed fairly quickly but the biggest issue we have had is with the upstairs neighbors. We have to share a mailbox which has resulted in missing mail and packages they have tried to return to sender, every night they party and stomp around from 1am to 6am and because there is no insulation between their floor and our roof it wakes us up and has had a negative impact on my daughter's school performance due to her being woken up and kept awake every night. We have reached out to management multiple times requesting something be done and so far they have only sent out a mass email reminding everyone of quiet times which had zero effect on the neighbors behavior. I've asked several times that management respond so I can send them proof of how loud and disruptive this issue is and receive no response at all. I'm hoping this might get a response because I'd rather not have to pursue this farther with a lawyer. It is so bad that we haven't been able to enjoy our home at all and feel like management just doesn't care. It is currently 3:14 am and I have been up listening to the noise since 1:15 am just like I have every night since December. I have never complained about noise or neighbors before but this is so extreme that it's driving us all mad.

Would not recommend this management company. The maintenance man will harass you, especially if you’re a woman alone. Showed up unannounced to my house, blocked my car in while I was leaving for work and then proceeds to reprimand me for not watering the grass that was dead when we moved in. He threatened me and said “I’m here so you don’t get a notice” I asked him how we would get a notice when nobody has reached out to us regarding the yard. He said that’s what he was there for. I told him have a good day and got in my car. I called the management office and detailed what had happened and they confirmed that this was not supposed to happen and is definitely not the protocol and that they would speak with the employee and get it sorted out and that nothing was on our account regarding our lawn. I explained that we have a weed problem with foxtails and have been spraying the grass and that causes it to die. The office said they understood and that it would be taken care of asap. I just got home from work on the SAME DAY and there’s a notice on my front door stating that if we don’t restore the property to its original form that we would be evicted in 10 days. I wouldn’t trust that man EVER. We were going to resign our lease, not anymore. Pictures feature their gorgeous grass we moved in with. LOL. Also, from the companies reply, you can tell they aren’t professional.
