From start to finish, Naira Khnkoyan’s Platinum Realty Group is by far the best realty firm we’ve ever dealt with. In 29 years of owning and selling 9 homes, this was by far the most satisfying, seamless, efficient transaction we’ve had. Naira was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Naira met us at our house and shared her strategy marketing and listing our home for sale. She had a professional crew handle any minor repairs and they did a great job at getting the home in tip-top shape. She was very professional and courteous and always showed up at our meetings on time. We felt very confident in leaving the sales process in her hands. She did a great job securing the selling price and we have nothing but praise for her efforts. She returned emails and phone calls promptly.
