This place is very dirty, the staff is very rude, the clothes smell bad as well as the shoes, staff lied to a woman saying they used a special light to look for stains, the woman was in the store watching them go through her belongings, she said no special light was used. I was going to create an account and sell my daughter's new clothes that were never used, they asked me for receipts for the new clothes with tags on them. No where did they mention this on their site. My daughter bought shorts and tank top there, Jean shorts had a small hole. The tank top when they put the price tag on they went through the thin material and put a lovely hole through it. Lots of animal hair on the clothing and very over priced on many things. I am shocked this place makes any money at all. Don't shop here. Check out market place.

I brought in a bag of items in and they told me they weren't taking long sleeve shirts or jeans. But they took my other items one of them was brandy Melville and a lululemon sports bra and a nike one and I also has an aritzia sweater and they only gave me 14 dollars for it which I think is super ridiculous for how much I paid for those items regularly for them but when I was waiting I found two shirts with stains on them and half the stuff the clothes are out dated and are not even in style anymore. If I am bringing nice stuff in and am not getting any money out of it than why is there stuff with stains.

I brought some clothes in to sell. Beforehand I spent time sorting through all my clothing (there was a fair bit) organizing them and putting them in to categorized bags. Although I’m surprised they only took 13 items out of my giant selection of unused clothing, I don’t come in expecting them to take much. However, I spent the time labeling and organizing these clothes into bags (tops, pants, skirts, etc.) then I DID NOT tie the bags so they wouldn’t have to rip them. I came back to ripped bags clothes hanging out of them everything mixed all together. I could barely carry the bags to my truck without losing items. Again, I didn’t expect much going in (you shouldn’t expect much going here) but the utter disrespect after I told the girl at drop off that i labeled and organized everything AND that none of the bags were tied so no need to rip them, and I still came back to clothing everywhere and all torn bags. It’s too much of a headache to come here anymore.
