I waited over an hour to consign my clothes at this location. I shopped around for an hour then waited at the front of the store for them to text me stating they were done. I watched the young woman go through my clothes grabbing 3-4 items at a time and then tossing them aside. She didn’t even look at brands or conditions (let alone examine the clothes). I brought in about 25 items and she went through it under 30 seconds. They then offered me something stupid like $2.14 for a brand new lululemon hat. Won’t be consigning here again. Half the clothes in the store look like items from value village.

I miss the times when they use to care and were professional.
Update. Tried them once again, maybe it was because they were busy? Nope. I went in about 30 mi. After opening in a week day so not busy right? No one said hello till I stood by the counter to sell after a couple minutes. Not a smile the entire time. The lady who I assume is a manager? Zero patience with her co workers and probably her job. I’ve worked retail for years. The fact that everyone acted like they were forced to be there is disgusting. Just don’t go here.

If you're considering selling here, just don't. Staff are incredibly picky about which items they will take and will even decline high end brands. Brought in a huge bin of clothing and after putting me in a 1 hour queue wait, they took nothing, stating that all of my clothes were "outdated". Their shopper demographic is incredibly niche and they have an unreasonable outlook on how fashion works. Just avoid this place if you can.
