a joke of a “business”. I went in with a bunch of summer time clothes just before summer and they gave me $35 for 5 items out of the 30. An absolute SCAM and all they do is lowball you. do not waste your time, gas, and money on this terrible service. The girl who was letting me trade in the clothes knew she was lowballing me too and gave such a smug attitude. Do better plato’s closet smh honestly i hope y’all go out of business, such a joke.

I've had my share of selling things at Plato's Closet and I don't recommend them. I remember buying some air 97 from Finish line and I wore them twice, and realized that I didn't want them anymore because I didn't have certain outfits to go with them because of the colors so I decided to take them there and offered $25 for them and I also had a pair of brand new Jordan 6, which I was offered $30 and the other Jordan 6 they offered me $20. I pissed because the fact was they all was in they original boxes and the fact that I paid over $150 for them except of the air max 97 I paid $210. I think certain workers pick and choose who they want to buy from because they customer service sucks real bad and it's sad how they treat people
