The customer service was horrible. I went in to sell clothes, the young lady didn’t give me the time of day- they didn’t even go through my items simply waited about 10 mins then had me pick up. I am usually happy with Plato’s but after this I will not be back. Very disappointed.
Reply: I am 100% certain it was the valley store on 4/3, morning/early afternoon. I appreciate your reply but it also confirms the lack of customer service and care I received. In fact, it felt like I wasn’t given the time of day- this reply completely proves my review. I will not be back to the valley store again nor do I have any interest in anything further. Again, thank you for taking the time to respond.
