Great place to get parts. Never out of stock on things I've needed. Usually pretty quick. Most of the guys know enough to give good fast service just stay away from the younger ones if your in a hurry.

First, the positive - I was helped promptly, got good advice, and got the part I needed. I'm happy to pay extra for service/expertise like this. But how much more? The exact part they sold me for $53 I later found is sold for just under $20 at all the big box stores. When I called back to see if there had been a mistake, I was told that their cost for this part is $43. When I suggested they try sourcing the part from a big box store who sells it for under $20, I just got the phone equivalent of a shrug. So - good expertise, but at quite a cost.

I had a great customer service experience when I came in there to get by business name changed. It was entered incorrectly and i was always having a hard time with my orders because of that. The manager Mike Rivera stepped up to the plate and took care of it for me within five minutes. He could tell that i was frustrated and fixed the issue on the spot. Great customer service!
