TLDR: Decent products, mediocre staff
I went in knowing little to nothing about ski gear and was hoping the staff would be able to help out. The guy at the counter was very uninterested and straight up just walked away mid conversation when I told him I was unsure about buying something. The people who I suspect were the owners (old married couple) however were kind and helped me find a nice pair of ski boots for a good price.
After being told they’d fit it for me when I found a pair of skis however, I came back and was lectured by another employee about how I should have come earlier since it “will take a couple of days” to fit a pair of boots to bindings and that it would cost $50-60 to do so, and “any other place would charge something similar”. Well I did end up taking it to another place instead, which did it in 15 minutes and charged me $15 -_-
