The rooms at Plaza La Reina are enormous which you would really appreciate if you are doing an extended stay. The location is great. Close to downtown Westwood shops and restaurants, the Hammer Museum and UCLA. However, the rooms could use new furniture (some stains and wear to the couch) and the bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom shower door leaked and the bathroom got quite wet during a shower. The room was not as clean as I would expect either. ||Staff was incredibly nice, our room was ready and hour early for check in and we were able to leave our car in the car park after we checked out for a few hours before we left town.

This was an amazing place to stay for our visit to UCLA. Troy and the entire staff made us feel so welcome! We would happily stay again at this gorgeous hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous and we were so comfortable. It fees more like an apartment than a hotel. Parking garage located under the hotel was super convenient. The bed was so comfortable, and the location was perfect for where we wanted to be. Truly an amazing stay and we would gladly go again.

I had reservations for five days in three different rooms. Heina is very friendly, professional and helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me arranging the accommodation so that I can stay in the same room for the five days. I found that she was very helpful. The room is clean and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay at this hotel.
