Plaza Ramona

This is an unsafe building where a man who wears a cowboy hat and is mobilized by a wheelchair violently threatened and attempted to assault me. On a prior occasion the year before the same person had also threatened me with violence outside the nearby 7-11 in the parking lot.

Earlier this year I approached the corner where this building is located and issued a verbal command that I wished to be left alone and indicated attention from said person was unwelcome. While approaching the person to pass on the sidewalk they began making threatening gestures and statements, then after I passed the person they began stalking me up the sidewalk from behind. At first the person attempted to assault me with their wheelchair, forcing me to maneuver off the sidewalk and into the street. As I attempted to flee the person they continued to pursue me, eventually exiting their wheel chair while chasing me on all fours while I repeatedly commanded the person to leave me alone. At one point person indicated they have a weapon in their backpack and that they intended to attack me with it. As they began accessing their backpack to apparently retrieve the weapon I was able to safely escape the corner without person following me.
