If you're shopping around for quotes and Michael from Pleasant Relocation calls you....hang up the phone. Michael insisted that they could guarantee a pick up on the date that I required. Was told I would receive a call 2 days prior from dispatch to set everything up. Didn't hear anything until the morning of my move only to be told that pick up was not possible and needed to be done the following day. Even though Michael insisted "we own the trucks! we can guarantee what brokers can't." Put my faith in Michael because he sounded like an honest guy on the phone, but was left scrambling last minute to get my stuff moved. What they do excel at is taking your deposit. That process is seamless and there is NO ISSUES what so ever giving them money that is non refundable to get on their "guaranteed schedule". While attempting to get my deposit back, Michael stopped responding to my text messages and would not answer my calls. Days later he finally messaged me saying that they were "having phone issues and would call back first chance he gets". My wife then called from a different number and left a voice message to request a moving quote. Within 20 seconds of hanging up the phone, Michael called her back ready to discuss a potential move. Scumbag guy working for a scumbag company. With so many options for moving companies you should absolutely NOT choose Pleasant Relocation. And if you do, have them deliver your stuff to the mental asylum because you are insane.
