I have been a customer for approximately 7 yrs now and am very pleased with the services Pledge Insurance has to offer. Sandra always pulls through with my requests to make vehicle additions and or changes to my policies... Always keeping me in the loop and is quite responsive. Very knowledgeable!

I was looking for auto Insurance for the first time in over 30 years and called Mercury Insurance Agency in West Covina I requested a quote and received one from agent Ernesto Cardoze at first he was helpful then about 2 weeks later I contacted him again I was ready to buy and I started getting wrong information on the premiums the methods of payment etc then I asked about an Umbrella policy at first he told me that there was no discount on the auto if you bundle then later on he said that there was a discount I was put on hold for a long time while he would look for answers i was given incorrect fees for the different payment options this was a really bad experience lastly he told me he would call me this past friday morning to explain things and he never called me back I would not recommend this Agency to Anybody

We have been with Pledge for over 11 years. We have our business auto insurance, personal auto insurance as well as all of our property insurance. Pledge makes it so easy, they help us and hold our hands the anytime we have any questions or concerns. Charlie is absolutely the best, he always answers his phone if not the office the cell, he is always accommodating and understanding. He never says no to any request, all this was confirmed when we recently filed a claim, we would not know what to do without his help and experience.
