Thanks Plumbing 101 for responding promptly to my concern about a water leak. I appreciated that John came out and took a thorough look at the area. I was anxious to repair it, but John was able to determine it was staining from an older leak and did not require any maintenance. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. John is a godsend. I have spent a lot of time calling plumbing companies and have been quoted really high prices with delayed availability. Luckily I found plumbing 101 that not only provided quality workmanship but also at a very reasonable price. My kitchen drain was clogged and pipes was leaking (cheap plumbing installed with rusted drain ring), needed a plumber ASAP! John came unclogged my drain, provided new drain ring and plumbing fittings all in record time. All I had to do was enjoy my weekend and be made an very happy customer! I highly recommend Plumbing 101!

I highly recommend hiring John for your plumbing needs. He provided quality work for a reasonable price and was kind enough to suggest a less expensive, but just as effective alternate to one of the items I had asked to have repaired. Much appreciated!
