Absolutely so helpful. I had some water leaking which led to hallway and it was going to get much worse, and here I did some extensive research which to trust and who to use for plumbing. As I was reading reviews, plumbing NW has some great reviews and I wasn’t wrong. They found me same day appointment since mine was urgent, Saturday. Came and inspected and right Away started drying and installed dehumidifier. Following the next day we got connected to different water damage guys and all of these went so smooth. I’m still in the middle of fixing it but So far the experience is amazing and they are very straight forward. Thank you so much!

Very impressed! Nordstrom like customer service. Robert from Plumbing Experts NW was amazing. The company was great with communication, prompt on time, and did an overall great job. I had an extremely clogged bathroom tub drain, and Robert took care of it, he even repaired another problem that I didn't even know I had with the faucet. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service, and I highly recommend them.

I recently retired and decided to remodel our master bath. Having over thirty years of construction management experience I decided to manage the work and hire the specialty subcontractors to some of the work, and that included plumbing. Plumbing Masters NW gave me a fair market price for the work. They arrived on the scheduled date, and worked hard until the work was completed. It took two plumbers several hours to complete the work. They were very professional and polite. Upon completion they reviewed the work several times to ensure there would be no call-backs. I was totally satisfied and would highly recommend them.
