Terrible scam artist company. They’re even just bad at scamming. They harass and break WA state laws by calling you more than 3x a week and harass you. They make up arbitrary amounts you should pay them without any supporting documentation. They lie about who you owe money to. I wouldn’t pay them a penny. They’ve been harassing me even after I paid the debt I didn’t even know I owed through a simple mistake and now they won’t leave me alone about what they claim one day I owe to the debtor and the next to them. They can’t tell you how the fees are calculated. They’re rude and just plain awful. Don’t give them a penny unless you have support of the debt from the debtor.

I have talked to three people at this agency. I was hung up on and interrupted over and over while trying to gather information about the company. Do they exist? Do they send out statements?

Been trying to get ahold of you to settle a debt for weeks! Press pound for more options, pressed it and it says it’s an invalid entry. Hold while your call is routed, rings forever and then goes to a voicemail for “Jordan” but guess what? They can’t accept anymore voicemails.
