Huge shoutout to PNW Automotive Inc again for completing work on my car with a VERY quick turn around time. It was a matter of days when my appt was scheduled AND completed. The work was very fast, and done very well. Just like every time, the whole staff is friendly and remembers faces, so it’s like a second family every time I’m in the office!

I absolutely was a customer just signed in as anonymous because they usually leave a snarky response to excuse the crappy service. My car is a disaster after taking it there. Came in needing a belt replacement, came out with 4 other noises and issues that need to be fixed after spending $1800 for their "recommended" services.
After a year of trying to fix whatever they did to my car, we decided to throw in the towel and purchase a new car. A Toyota that can be taken to a dealership repair so we aren't stuck with the mistakes of an independent automotive repair.
