The guys were awesome! Even though there was a misunderstanding initially, they were fair and professional. Our stairs look great! I really appreciate their willingness to provide excellent customer service. We will use them again. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company. They came on time as promised. We had our entire upstair carpet cleaning today. Moh was the technician and he was very professional and courteous. He started working immediately and proceeded with cleaning without wasting any time. He explained how long it would take him to start to finish as well as drying time. Although he didn’t speak much English, he had a translation app so there was no problem communicating with him. Overall, the whole experience was great and Mo did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet.
