I saw their ad and sent a text asking for help but did not expect to receive ANY contact b/c that's how all places are now. Within a day I not only received a warm, lengthy message, but also a very well detailed list of the info I had asked for!! Not only that... they furnished backup information in case I wasn't satisfied. Are you kidding me??? I WAS SHOCKED. This is who we want to do business with. You folks are the best.
