The pod itself seemed like an older model with few anchor points to secure our furniture and there was some confusion on how many blankets we had ordered and we received initially only 2 of 6. Our pod driver Glenn however was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get us extra blankets for our inconvenience and accommodate us to give us time to wrap our stuff. The service was very helpful for our situation and if these small isssues were ironed out I’d recommend PODS without hesitation.

Moving is always a stressful time, and even though this is just the start of our move, PODS Moving & Storage has made it a pleasant experience thus far. Our storage container was delivered within the timeframe provided, and the driver (Stephanie) called me in advance to let me know she was on her way. Upon arrival, Stephanie was very courteous and friendly. She provided me the required information and operated her equipment very safely. It was a good start to our moving experience.
