I took my kids here after Googling waterpark playgrounds, and although they didn't have much of a waterpark, my kids loved playing there. They have a zip line, a sandbox, tumbling, free lunch and/or snack, and offer Zumba for the moms there.

Fun park encouraging kids to play and have fun together. Has a zipline, two huge swings, a few cool jungle gyms, and activities from 1-5pm. I learned how to play chess there and watched a zumba class. The kids are also offered a full lunch, free of charge! Awesome playlot to spend an afternoon.

Loved it!
Nice, clean actually very surprised how clean it is compared to many Richmond's Streets but its is manages by POGO's Park Non-profit organization.
Nice play area for Children and free Zumba clases Tuesday to Friday.
