This building is full of neglect Asbestos and Mold for over a decade I have been moved 3 times from apt to apt , from Black mold , and Asbestos coming down from popcorn ceilings , whenever they work on the roof which is very often. Most tenants wake up to asbestos in their morning coffee here. There is also a terrible security(very unprofessional) that harasses people The building is falling apart , understaffed and the Management does not seem to understand or respect tenants right with California ordinance and OSHA , it's an absolute nightmare, If I could afford I'd be out right away but I can't . We re in a constant battle for our health After my ceiling leaked for 6 months with black mold I was moved to a so called renovated apt ,where I did the whole movie by myself and now there are 6 giant cracks that can result in the balcony falling down and it's extremely hazardous .Management says " it's fine" I have serious headaches , sleep issues and respiratory issues from the asbestos from the lack of ventilation in the corridors and the constant dust and chemical fog.
