This park has it all. There is a great zoo. There is a huge rose garden and dahlia garden. The Japanese garden is very pretty. There are tennis courts, larger fields for a grassy picnic , Owen beach, holes in the woods, Fort Nisqually, the large duck pond and much more. A great park.

Great park for family, friends or just walking or jogging in nature along the bay. We happened to spot whales surfacing and that was exciting for kids and adults. The beach is great consisting of small round pebbles. And water is clear and warm.

Beautiful rose garden, and saw an owl! Great place to longboard, run, bike, walk, ECT. Beautiful little area with lots of places to hangout and spend time. Owen Beach is great. The little Zoo is great too! Highly recommend! I always go here.
