I have been using Point Pest Control for several years and today I had Justin as my service provider. He, like the rest of the crew that I have worked with was polite, thorough, and made sure that all my bug issues were addressed. The staff is really good about letting me know when my service date is so I never have to remember and call them. The technician will call and let me know approximate times they will come out and if that is convenient for me, I will continue to use point pest control, as long as I live in this house. Matt explained everything he was going to do, and then got right to work on the job. He was very polite and informative and I felt I could trust him to do the job really well. I’m very happy with the service.

I love Pointe, they have been super consistent and Melissa always does an amazing job. We feel happy with the results and when we have had questions or concerns they were addressed quickly!
