Instructor is clear & energetic. She gives exercise variations including harder forms so I can always leave feeling challenged. Fantastic music. Instructor is friendly and personable, remembering members names. Club is clean and tidy. Overall a fantastic environment and friendly community. I love Poise Barre classes

Poise is the best! My instructor, Stephanie is encouraging, motivating, and overall such a nice person! I have stayed consistent with my workouts this year, solely because of her Fitness class that I love!
