I have gotten cool sculpting body contouring at another medspa before, but not really satisfied with the result. This time, my friend recommended me to try EmSculpt Neo at Polaris and so gave it a try. This spa is new, clean, and luxurious! All the staff here are so welcoming and sweet. I'm very impressed by how the whole process is so thorough from the beginning to the end. Director Kris explained to me the precaution, side-effects, contraindication, and all the details I need to know before the session begins. Upon my consultation with Kris, I found hope and motivation. I like how she is straightforward and honest about the procedure and not overpromising. After the 8th session I can definitely see the improvement. I have lost inches on my waist! Overall with staff, location and quality of services, I would give them a 10/10.
