Was just excited to have a company local to pick up and answer gear questions. When calling it says to email. emailing can go back-and-forth for days and also with email who knows where your support is coming from these days. A simple call or a visit could take care of a weeks worth of emailing back-and-forth. Polar pro makes great stuff but maybe just say closed to the public and email support only on google.

Not only are their products built incredibly well, but their customer service is top tier, A5 wagyu, best of the best, someone call the dang president and send down an award to the folks at PolarPro. Oliver is an absolute gentleman, a scholar and I would let him date my daughter.
