The shop assistant Lucy was wonderful, engaging and very helpful, both about the store merch. and local tourist info. Great selection of pottery and lots of other interesting finds.

Rude customer service. On 5/28 I asked the woman working there about Poland and its popular industry and crafts. She was rude and insulting. She said that all countries have a history of crafts and its all about marketing. Her tone was very dismissive. We left and she lost a customer. I will not go back. Too bad people have to tell the truth publicly for the staff to learn how to treat all people with the same respect.
