So the I’ve been to this establishment 2 times. As soon as I walked in the hostess started yelling from the back of the building “how may I help you” I understand my timing was bad. Bc I arrived at 650 pm and the closed at 7. I get it. Still no excuse to yell or disturb the peace. When I mentioned the professionalism she laughed and said “ I don’t care, so…” this is our community and its sad customer service has gotten to this point

They’re really rushed in getting you out of there, and when I went, I was the only person there. The massage was like, not even 30 seconds. Also, who shapes nails like this?? 😂 I promise you, it’s not broken, this is fresh after the pedicure. It was cut this way 😫😂 I’m sorry, but if you live in Redondo and this is the quality of pedicures you have by your $million+ home, leave lmao. You’d think, “there are rich people who will come here, let me get a good tip” and they have you leaving looking like this 😂

I’ve been coming here for roughly 3 years. It was great for awhile. I witnessed the quality decrease tremendously. I have always tipped this place good as well. I will NOT be returning. Came in for one nail to be fixed and got it back coffin shaped (i have square) , crooked nail , different base color , different french tip size , different rhinestone colors , mountains of glue for rhinestones , stars drawn on 4 times the thickness of stars on other fingers .. looks not remotely similar. Additionally, the nail tech used a brush to wipe away excess powder that was previously used with neon green powder. So, i left with neon green powder in my cuticles and all around my nails. Also, when i got to my car I had to unattach the acrylic to my skin on the underside of my finger; they attached the acrylic to my finger. As someone who has been coming here for so long , driving a hour for what i thought was quality, i am beyond disappointed. Lastly, customer restroom had zero toilet paper and zero paper towels. Not even any back up in the cabinet.
