I was referred to Dr.Pollard my a church member because i was new to the area and just had a baby..I called in March and they said to call back in July nothing available calked today because i wanted a second opinion about my son health and to possible change providers..They assisted that his first visited need to be his 4 mo check as well and i have to wait untill Aug. Well this is not how you conduct business as i do not have to wait or should not have to wait forca preventative service when my child is having a problem at the moment. I have been in the healthcare field for over 15 years and have manage a large ObGyn practice with 9 provider a Orthopaedic Practice with 22 providers 7 locations and have never encountered such brush off.
