I came in to this restaurant on tired after a long day of work and as I’m ordering this heavy set girl with curly hair I believe by the name Claudia had a terrible attitude and was very rude and disrespectful. While I’m ordering I am asking her questions and she is rolling her eyes and proceeds to tell me go ahead order. I reported her to her manager Kevin and explained to him the disrespect I received and he did absolutely nothing . I will never come back here because I can’t even trust that my order will be made correctly. This happened on 01/21 at approximately 5:45pm. Don’t recommend this place simply because of the terrible costumer service.

Update: After experiencing a disappointing visit to this restaurant, I'm pleased to share an update. Following my initial review detailing the poor customer service encounter with Claudia and the lack of response from management, the restaurant reached out to me and offered a $40 gift card as compensation.
I appreciate the gesture and am glad to see the restaurant taking steps to address customer concerns. While my previous experience was disheartening, the willingness of the management to make amends is commendable.
I plan to give the restaurant another chance, using the gift card provided. I hope that this time, my visit will be met with the level of service and professionalism that customers expect. Thank you to the restaurant for acknowledging my feedback and taking proactive steps to improve.
