Horrible service. Horrible cold food. Horrible organized system. Orders lost... They try to buy your 5 stars by giving you 2 pieces of chicken...
This is my first time coming to this place and we ordered everything fresh. We waited 30 minutes thinking they're serving us fresh food but instead the order is so cold. Fries, mac and cheese, 20 pcs chicken and spicy sandwich are all cold. We spoke to the manager and reasoned that they have a big catering order and said that they are behind because of that. He offered to make our order fresh again and it took another 30 minutes.
After getting our food, another customer came up to us and said that this place served him a bitten piece of chicken and showed us the chicken. I don't know if they re-use their chicken here but this place has bad service and made me wait an hour for fresh food.
