Polly and her family are so cool, artistic and gracious! They kept the store open an extra half an hour for me to peruse the beautiful jewelry and ask design questions. Street parking was fairly easy. Knock to enter.

Lia has been one of the best at customer experience. She is extremely attentive and thoughtful. I had a great progress with a piece that is made to order, it takes a while but the during the wait with Lia's check-ins I was 100% confident the whole time.
I also made some last min appts that were not available online, Lia made it works for me to have me came into the showroom at my best availably to look into few other pieces. The one on one time was the best!
Polly's pieces are incredibly beautiful, surely will have more in the coming days.

My now fiancée and I both could not be any happier with our choice of going with Polly Wales for our engagement and wedding rings. Oftentimes, when you are working with sales folks, they always tend to give off this slimy, unlikeable energy – this was not the case for Lia. Lia, who helped us throughout the entire process (which, mind you, was quite unfamiliar to us), was incredibly genuine and thoughtful. She made sure that had full transparency with every process – from the ideation of the design to the sourcing of the stones to the pricing of every single cost. My fiancée and I felt very comfortable in Lia's hands, and our one-of-a-kind ring is the most beautiful thing that we possess. Thank you, Polly Wales!
