My dad purchased a jacket, cut the tags off and threw it into the washer/dryer. When he wore the very first time, he discovered that there is a hole on the left sleeve. Went back into the store within a week hoping to make a straight exchange. The customer service rep and the manager both said that since the tags are off and washed, they will not exchange the item. Now my dad needs to continue wearing a jacket with a hole in it. Not very happy and will not recommend this store as they will use their return policy to cover their defects.

But cashier #391023 She was very rude. She needs to be trained again on polo's policy and then welcome the customer. Does she think it's right to serve the customer without knowing Polo's policy? She doesn't know the policy and very rude. She's the worst employee :(
