Went in to purchase a dress shirt. After trying on the shirts I noticed two prices on the tag. They refused to give me the retail price. The other price on the tag was actually higher than the retail price on the shirt.

Amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were kindly greeted, helped on 3 different occasions, then checked out with another genuine, kind person. This outlet store is definitely worth stopping for. Great Job Team Polo!

I went there on my way back from vacation and I waited to get a fitting room this lady comes and tells the worker that I needed a fitting room she finally opened and she told the lady that I had walked away when I was standing by fitting rooms for a while. After I tried on what I was going to purchase I accidentally locked my self out the fitting room and I asked very politely and if a worker could open the door she did but she slammed open the door. I don’t know if it was my age or what but overall very bad customer service. And I still purchased to polos from there.
