If you decide to rent from these people do not do it for long term. They will harass you with inspection notices and raise your rent every 6 months to try and get you to move out. They come off as a Christian influenced organization but the last time I checked Jesus wouldn't behave the way Beth Gordon does. They claim to have emergencies in other units in order to enter your home without permission and change the locks on you. If you have a lawyer keep them on stand by. Waited over 2 weeks just to be told I need a cosigner for an apartment worth less than $500/month when I make 3x the rent every paycheck. Not even willing to work with me after explaining to them how I'm homeless and working 2 jobs trying to payoff my covid debt that I accumulated. Enjoy your 1 star review.
