What an excellent experience! Our new garage door is fantastic, works perfectly, and is beautiful. Our house is a bit of a challenge for an install - we had several contractors decline to even attempt to install. Not only did their team take the job on, they saw it as a point of pride that they could do a complex job like ours! Install was done in a day, and they worked hard all day long to make it right. They went above and beyond to make sure this was going to last for years.
We are so grateful to the team, and especially Mike and Sebi, who gave us security and peace of mind in our new garage door.

I recently had occasion to replace the two garage doors at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I purchased my new doors from Ponderosa Garage Doors (from their Classic Steel series), and my installer's name was Steve. I assumed that a 2-3 person crew would install the two doors, but surprisingly, it was just Steve, and he did a great job! He was enthusiastic and friendly, and worked his tail off for 7 hours! Then, after he finished the two installations, he did a very thorough job explaining the openers, how to care for the doors, etc. to my wife and me! If Steve is representative of the rest of the employees of Ponderosa Garage Doors, they are running their business the right way! Highly recommended!

Jesse Arroyo with Ponderosa garage doors rocked it! I called Ponderosa in the morning because my garage door would not close and was faced with a night with my garage door stuck open. They had Jesse out the same afternoon and he spent 4 hours well into the evening to get me up and running. They really listen and do a great job for you.
