I can honestly say I had a great experience today. I felt very welcomed the folks were very respectful they help me understand things that I did not. they were patient it was like being around family. They took very good care of us I would recommend anybody going here if you're looking to be treated respectfully to help understand things that you might not. And if you need someone to be patient with you and not try to screw you over this is the place. Thank you so very much we appreciate you guys.

Got the pleasure to work with the owner on a custom shirt order they placed. Upon delivering the staff was polite and welcoming. Great customer service. Will definitely continue doing business with Ponders Pownbrokers. I definitely recommend people to visit them and check out what they have in store.

After reading the reviews I went with my gut and decided this was the best option. And I'm happy to say made the right choice.
I was expecting the usual gruff and shrewd interaction where you leave feeling like you just sold your soul and it wasn't worth much.
Not the way it went at all.
Keith was so nice and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I left with a smile and my soul intact.
There is a noticable difference in the atmosphere when you walk in and no one was gruff or shrewd. Not even the customers.
These are fair and honest people.
