I had a very bad customer experience with this notary. I tried to make an appointment with him, he refused to do so. I told him we would be there at 11:30 AM today, but he was not there.
The sign on his store said, "open," but no one was there, and the door was locked. I called the phone number on the window and no one answered.
Therefore, I had no information, as to where he was, or if he would be back, or when he would be back. This is why Customers make appointments!
I waited for 25 minutes in front of the store, watching potential customers come and go after trying the locked door.
It was a joke, because the reason he stated he did not want to make an appointment was so as not to miss walking business.
He finally got back. I told him about my terrible customer experience, so that others would not have to go through that unnecessary aggravation.
Instead of being understanding and wanting to improve his customer experience, he double down, and refuse to do the notary service that I came for. This made the trip a complete waste of time. It was an unnecessary, vindictive, and retaliatory action on his part.
Everyone’s most valuable asset is there a time, and he has exhibited the fact that he does not care at all about your time or the customer experience he creates and is responsible for to his business. He has a blatant lack of respect and disregard for the time of others.
I would therefore not recommend this notary or business to anyone and give him a zero rating.
