The owner of this business is wonderful and so kind. When I was shipping boxes to college she made sure to get me the best deal and helpful tips to keep the cost low since I was sending a lot. She even remembers my name and my mother which, makes me feel so welcome here. This is my go to place for all my shipping needs because I trust their business. This place gives great service and has an amazing owner.

The owner so clearly wants to help yet she does not communicate all details leading to wasted time. We needed a witness for a notarized document and told her we would do offsite and come back. When we returned with witness signatures she informed us that she needed as a notary to witness the witness. First time in my life I’ve been told that but it was the fact that she didn’t tell us on our initial visit that this was how she operated, she offered a solution but by that time we said no because we felt so much of our time had been wasted.

Brilliant customer service. I went there to notarize and send my visa docs. The passport size photos were taken pretty descent. It costed me $60 to take photos, notarize all the required docs and a few print outs. I was also able to ship it via FedEx from there. Overall I received a five star service.
