Terrible service terrible staff. They always forget something in my order. Wait time in drive through is anywhere from 10 minutes to a hour. Most of the time when it's your turn to order in drive through they still make you wait. Used to love this place but it's gone down hill. Everyone should go to ALs Hot Chicken they are much better.
Been here many times and never had an issue. However, today I ordered a meal and a premium lemonade for my kid. Paid for it, got it, handed it back to her in the backseat. Before we got home - she's projectile puking. She's allergic to MANGO. Yep - they gave us the mango lemonade. NOT the premium. Two completely different items on the menu. Tried calling FOUR times. No answer.
Once again I leave disappointed. I ordered spicy dark meat chicken. Received chicken thighs that were very undercooked and bloody on the inside. Just gross. I reported it to corporate and management over a week ago and have not heard anything back. Just a waste of money. I do not think I will go back anymore. I have given this restaurant too many chances.
