This place started off real good. After a bad customer service the second time I tried and give them a chance. I asked for some sauces and the guy looked at my wife like she was illiterate when she said they weren’t in there. Not to mention we get home and we get maybe only 10 fries in her side and a missing mash potato side as well. I tried everything to hold myself back from saying anything but this place just keeps disappointing. Their customer service is the worst. Don’t even waste your time, head so where else.

Went through drive thru had to repeat my order for spicy three piece tender 3 times to drive thru worker. Pulled up to window they gave me the drink for one combo, no drink for the other combo so I had to go into the store to grab it. Was offered no sauce and when I got food as well. When I arrived home and opened food I had been given the wrong 3 piece combo. When I called the restaurant they were not apologetic about their error and put it on me to notice and all I was offered was to make the 20 minute drive back to get the right food.

Ordered signature chicken was way below expectation; not fresh too greasy, not healthy at all. Staff was welcoming. Atmosphere was great, clean dine in.
