When they suggested rescheduling, the lack of clarity in their process only added to our frustration. Discussions revealed inconsistencies in their pricing and scheduling, resulting in over two months of wasted time. Ultimately, after a series of heated exchanges, they decided to terminate our engagement, significantly disrupting our personal plans. While I understand a business's right to choose its clients, the way we were treated left much to be desired.
For anyone considering booking a private session with this studio, I urge you to demand all details upfront. Their inability to provide straightforward information and to follow through on commitments was astonishing. The studio may present well from the outside, but based on my experience, it's not worth the hassle or the time.
