I typically have good service here - I might bring my business to Beverly Hills moving forward because I came in for a really petty service, it was a speaker rattle which the Macans are notorious for (mostly they get blown out you can google it) and I was told my warranty wouldn't cover it because it expired but I've only had my car for a year and five months (it is a current lease on a pre-owned car so I am the second person to lease it) and was told the warranty on the car was extended for everything (from Beverly Hills where I purchased) but your service department wouldn't honor that. It was a 330$ charge and I know for that petty of a price it would've been comped at another dealership especially because I have an extended warranty which should cover it regardless, I haven't even had the car for two years or three years. I don’t want to take my business calls in my car on speakers that rattle shouldn’t even be happening in this caliber of a brand period. I’ve had all sorts of luxury vehicles and never ran into this issue ever. Ultimately not really the service I expect from a high end dealership.
