Restrooms are quite a ways from the beach and water showers were closed because of vandalism

Great park for a picnic with well maintained lawn and lots of picnic tables. Good beach but it is shared by swimmers, SUPers, Windsurfers and, more recently, Kiters. Bathroom facilities open April - October with fresh water hose for spraying off the sand. Can get crowded at the beach in the summer. Waters are shallow so it is a great place to learn to windsurf it not too gusty.

No fishing in the boat harbor, still caught a really nice small mouth on the breakwater side.
