Well…where do I start? I purchased my veichle from Bruce Titus Port Orchard. We have never had an issue with the maintenance appointments. The ppl have always been pleasant and happy. Well…bruce titus has had my car in and out for about 6 months now. Took my car in..they had it 24 hrs before calling to say they cant get the car to do what I was saying. I drove 45 min to take there Tech on a test drive. Had to bring back once diagnosed because of backordered parts. They picked it up and dropped it off…same day! Got a call when driver left saying so sorry they didnt do any repairs. What was being done to my vehicle was unknown. It has been nothing but worse case EVERY SINGLE TIME! I was not kept informed. I was talked to like i didnt know what I was talking about. Advisors have WAY to much on their plate. Everytime my car came back with another issue caused by the last. Everytime my vehicle has been in I have had to pay something for what they did to cause the damage. One of the times my car was brought to me with out BRAKE FLUID. Had to pay for a brakeline that THEIR mechanic ruined. According to the police report, they took my car out for test drive and ran into a motorized bike! Body damage on my vehicle, wont fix/replace everything that was damaged from the hit. The paint color is way off! Wont pay my diminished value UNLESS I purchase from them! Just got my car back Friday. Missed damages, things not repaired/replaced. Forgot a yellow sticky note in my wheel and I still have yellow tape dangling under my car. Front bumper sensor not fixed. Going to end up probably using my insurance paying my deductible and getting an attorney. Not taking ownership for damages to my vehicle. There is no customer service here. Just want this NIGHTMARE to be over! But NOPE! My car will go back to them for a 5th time! Smh 🤦♀️
Also, the GM called me once and has not ever CALLED or EMAILED ME to see how things where going. I just want my vehicle in the condition it was before I brought it in.
