My vehicle had vibration when accelerating and other issues. They were all sorted out and now my car is in great condition.

The service team was professional and friendly. They fit us into their schedule, diagnosed and fixed an issue with my vehicle in a day. It is so nice to find our hometown dealership that prides themselves on customer service. Definitely impressed with their service and will be back.

The first thing I wanted to write is that I don’t really enjoy going to dealerships for mechanical work. Given that the issue was with a Ford electrical system and my car was completely screwed up, though, I wanted people that knew Ford from the inside out to be working on it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The service was satisfactory. There was a delay in repairing my vehicle because of a lack of parts. I also factored in the fourth of July holiday and figured I would get my car back on Monday or Tuesday, which I did. It was a little disappointing that for the amount of money that I spent Port Orchard Ford couldn’t be bothered to run my car through their in-house car wash. So my car is functional. It’s also filthy. It was dirty before but sitting outside for an extended period of time added some new things like seagull poop and the dirt from the constant movement of other vehicles in and out of the lot and being next to the salt water. The cost of the service was reasonable as the original estimate was $400 more than final cost. Not too shabby overall.
