Went to St Vinny’s as it’s our first choice for donation (more of an actual charity than just a corporation pretending like Goodwill) and they were at capacity so we left.
Went to Goodwill next, waited 15 minutes in donation line they unloaded an entire uHaul, then got yelled at by the big bald red faced employee to just stop unloading and leave because they now had too much stuff. WTAF? They should have at least let the people who waited all that time do their drop offs. That or actually used their eyes to see the uhaul was too much stuff and not had us wait the entire time they unloaded! Biggest issue however was this employees attitude! He was super rude and unprofessional.
It's very well organized, and they have a great selection. There are a lot of brand new kitchenware supplies with tags.
What's disheartening is that they literally get all of their merchandise for free, but they charge so much for it. I saw a pair of cargo-style pants for $25. A pair of pants they literally got for free.
