It's a nice place to relax and spend time with your family. You have to be a member here to be able to use the amenities.

This is a wonderfully quiet place to retreat or live within a family-friendly community that includes a Christian church.

Buyer Beware. An ongoing fight between the Camping Club and the Tulalip Tribe over taxes has been going on. On one side the Tribe says a court decision from years ago gives them the right to charge tax and on the other is the camping club who argues that this land was given to the tribe in exchange for a 75 year signed leaseback which includes no hassles or tax for the duration. This agreement is now being broken and members aren't being supported by the current board. The Tribe is threatening to increase penalties and tax amounts or else kick people out from using their RVs. Very regretful for buying here. Have been trying to sell for a year with no interest despite being priced low. My husband took our motorhome out already and is considering abandoning the lot before the next dues come out. It's too risky there.
