I went in for a necklace chain repair and asked for my old clasp back. They offered the value of the gold clasp off my price, which I refused. Upon return, they did not provide me with my clasp and thus forced me to go again to retrieve it. Less than a month later, the chain broke again, due to a poor job of fixing it. I would never recommend this jeweler and will never go back.

Do you like the feel of a 'family owned business'? It's like going into a friend's home for a visit. I've had one ring redesigned and am purchasing a ring for my retirement - I'm on installment payments! Just a fun place to check out.
